1. Open the Speed app and go to "Your Trips"
2. Select the trip where you lost your item
3. Tap "I lost an item"
4. Follow the prompts to contact your driver
5. If you can't reach the driver, contact our support team
Most items are returned within 24-48 hours.
How do I cancel a ride?

You can cancel a ride at any time before the driver arrives:
1. Open the Speed app
2. Tap the bottom panel showing your current trip
3. Select "Cancel Ride"
4. Choose a reason for cancellation
